Blogger Bother

I am having terrible problems with the beta version of Blogger. My system does not seem to like the new user interface at all. So - as I now have my own standalone wordpress installation, I am going to move my blog there until I can get these problems ironed out. Please visit me! I've temporarily moved to:

www.carolekirk.com

I have also finally got my business website up and running at

www.careerclarity.co.uk

Let me know what you think. It's all rather new.

Hi Carole,
No Gus, never came back, we looked everywhere and no luck, a lady around the creek from me had the same thing happen to her cat, he left and never came back that was a year ago.
I have a new kitten. Her name is Gussie and she has extra toes. She's been tearing p the house, though,
Hey, that's good news about your publication, Congratulations.
I'm taking the novel writing class at UCLA and it is very grueling, we have to read three books, write 2 chapters in a novel, keep a handwritten daily journal and comment on the readings as well as the critiques. Whew. I've been pushing it three a hours a day, (at least.)
But, the good news is I'll be ready for SOI in January.

Hi Connie,
I'm so sorry about Gus. I hope Gussie settles in and stops tearing your house apart.

Your course sounds very thorough. I'm missing mine now it's finished, although I don't know where I'd have the time to do it now.

I've still not had an email about SOI, but hope it goes ahead.

I've moved to http://www.carolekirk.com - come see me there!

Carole, thanks for visiting my blog and leaving a comment. I am dreading changing over to Beta - i'm hearing so many people having teething trouble. And I really am a total technophobe - I'm still amazed that I actually started a blog and now they want us to update! I'm going to bury my head in the sand until I'm forced to change! Cheers Andrea.

Carole: Wordpress is not letting me comment -- so I'm responding here to your 'dolls':

What a darling post! And good good job on the dolls! The sentiment so reminds me of the doll I found in an antique store that my daughter SWEARS is her old one she had as a child ... the doll, rather ugly in my opinion, was so treasured by her ... your post reminded me of that relationship we ladies have with our dolls when we're young ... wonderfully done, Carole!
