Illustrated journalling
Inspired by Beth, and by Danny Gregory, I've had a go at an illustrated journal page. It is actually quite relaxing.
Believe it or not, that bird table is actually very well made. I've just managed to draw it as if it's been hammered together by a 7-year old.
Edit: I've hopefully increased the picture size if you click on it.

I wish I could see it better. The large image is still too small to see it properly
Beth,
I'll see what I can do.
Sue,
People laugh at me for the number of bird feeders I have!
Carole,
It is wonderfully rustic - I love that look and so much so, I wish I had one on my front deck where the bird feed is kept.
Gee, birdfeeders are so relaxing, I have two, but one is a mess from the squirrels.
You have me enthused again.
I hope you are doing well, sounds like it.
I am sending a story out this week and I am taking the memoir class at a school in New York, but I dread it due to laziness.
Love,
Connie Scott
Hi Connie,
I love watching the birds. They can be quite amusing at times.
I am doing well, thank you, if a little busy at the moment. All self-inflicted!
Well done for sending a story out. I've barely been writing, but am about to start the OU writing course so will have to get going again. I'm looking forward to it. I know what you mean about feeling lazy, though. Showing up at the page can take some self-discipline.
Take care
Carole
