Hey, sometimes we have to be satisfied with "human". Hah. Good job, Carol! I like it a lot!

I give big credit for anyone doing a self-portrait-they are so difficult. You did a great job!

Good for you for taking the challenge. It may not look like you, but it's a well-proportioned drawing and that's something to be proud of. Keep up the good work.

I think this looks VERY good! And it is doubly impressive that you did a self portrait IN INK! Wow!

Congratulations, Carol, on rising to this challenge. It took me ages to get to it, too. You have captured the shading well. Good job.

Cheers,

I am very impressed, Carole, with the drawing you have been doing - and the volume! How on earth are you fitting it in with all the other things that you have to do?

Superwoman!

You're making me feel very guilty about not progressing with my learning projects.

Gawd, Carole, it is darling! I love the hair and the clothes, you are an artist for sure.
I have been writing so many short stories in my new class, I feel like a one trick pony even though they are all different.

Connie,
Thank you!
I'm glad you are writing lots of stories. Your class must be going well. I'm not sure why you think you are a one-trick pony?

Oh. Carole, I am so disgusted with the critiques, most of the ones I received were good, but everyone is getting "good" ones, so I am beginning to question the honesty in this class.
I feel like a one trick pony because I beat my brains to to write a good story and it seems like I never get anywhere. I sent two out and have not heard a word.
I looked again at your self portrait and I love the little face and the white collar. Gee, you are so talented.

Hi Connie,
It can be difficult sometimes to get honest feedback, can't it? What is the tutor like?

Oh, the tutor is excellent, but very tough. I guess that's a good thing.
I am going on to read your other page.
